Green wool long double breasted coat with wide turn down collar. It has two vertical welted pockets at the hips and fastens with six large brown metal shank buttons embossed with an eagle on top of a fouled anchor. The buttons are engraved on the backs with 'WATERBURY BUTTON CO. CONN." Lined in green cotton, sleeves lined in brown cotton. Quartermaster label printed on inside right sleeve lining, hand written in the inside left sleeve lining is: B. E. PRZYBORSKI
