Single breasted, V-neck waistcoat in a black woollen fabric. Waistcoat has no collar and is front fastening via six textured buttons. At the front of the waistcoat there are four, angled, welted pockets; one on either side of the chest and one on either side of the waist. To the reverse of the waistcoat there is a cinch fastening comprising of two tabs that thread through a buckle and that can be tightened depending on the fit that is required. The waistcoat is lined with a stiped, cotton lining.

Waistcoat in a black velvet fabric. Waistcoat is front fastening via four cut steel buttons. At either side of the front opening sits a horizontal, welted pocket. The reverse of the waistcoat is made from a black silk fabric with a cinch fastening comprising of two silk tabs that can be tightened using a gold-coloured, base metal buckle. The waistcoat is lined with a cream, silk lining. There have been some alterations to the waistcoat, with two inserts into the side seams.

Short, tailored waistcoat in a dark green, wool fabric. The waistcoat has a shawl collar and diamond shaped metal buttons engraved with thistles. At either side of the front opening there is a flap pocket [pocket stitched closed] which has three small, diamond shaped buttons [which match the others on the waistcoat] and some braiding. The back of the waistcoat is made from dark green silk and has a cinch tab at waist level which can be adjusted via a metal buckle to make the waistcoat fit more tightly. The waistcoat is lined in cream silk.

Cotton twill waistcoat in a black, blue, grey and white college stripe. It has four pockets, two angled welt breast pockets and two flap pockets. It fastens with five faux horn orb buttons. The front is lined in pale pink acetate which also constructs the cinched back. Part of a selection of suits that Vivienne Westwood made for iconic hairstylist Sam McKnight from women's fabrics selected by McKnight, who worked with Westwood in the early 1990s before the launch of Westwood's MAN collections in 1996. The suit was last worn by Sam McKnight at Kate Moss's thirtieth birthday party at Claridges in 2004.
