Memorandum of Association of the University of Westminster, a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital, under the Companies Acts 1985 and 1989. The name of the company was changed from 'PCL' by a special resolution passed on 30 March 1993 with the consent of the Privy Council given 16 June 1992 pursuant to Section 77 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992. The objects of the Company were altered by Special Resolutions passed on 4 July 1995 and 17 July 1995. Approved October 2010.
