Pair of white cotton boxer shorts with a wide double layered waist band which fastens centre front with three white plastic buttons. On each side of the waistband are white cotton tape ties which have been sewn in the centre - they loop through two eyelet holes to tighten the waist. The fly below the buttons is open. The back of the shorts are made of three panels, the seams are run and fell with double stitching. Stamped inside the back waist is '32' in black ink. Possibly military deadstock.

Pair of dark blue cotton denim jeans. They close centre front with a YKK zip fly and metal button at the waistband. They have two front pockets with curved openings, the left pocket is towards the centre with the opening over the fly. There are two patch pockets to the rear. The waistband has five belt loops and a large white cotton twill patch with raw edge sewn to the right rear with a cotton label patch in the centre. The hems are unfinished and fraying. Label in the back inside waistband.

Blue denim flared Jeans with Nu Gild zipper front and antique gold 'lee cooper' top button. There are two angular front patch pockets which have been secured with tab stitching on each edge of the pockets. Two angular patch pockets to the rear that are secured with tab stitching at the top edge of each pocket. The waist band has seven thick belt loops which have been positioned using bar tacks and top stitched in thread matching the main fabric. The trouser leg is flared from the knee to the upturned hem that has been top stitched. the inside leg is felled, the outside leg is an open seam with an overlocked edge. There is no internal pocketing but one black woven Lee, made in Belgium, brand label.
Lee Jeams
Trousers from three piece wool tweed workwear suit with cotton lining. The wool tweed is dark grey herringbone twill - the tweed is different from the jacket and waistcoat. The trousers have a high-rise waist, wide leg with turn up cuffs, two front pockets and a single rear pocket which fastens with a buttoning flap. The front waist has no separate waistband, the back waist is made up of triangular sections and with a centre V-notch. The front fly fastens with black plastic buttons and there are four buttons at the front waist and four at the back for braces. The pockets and waist are lined in white twill cotton which is stained. Large number of holes and moth damage.

Trousers made of printed camouflage pattern cotton. They fasten centre front with a four button fly, there are two adjustable button tabs at the front waistband. The waistband has five long vertical belt loop tabs that fasten with buttons, two at the front, two at the side and one at the centre back. There are two vertical inset pockets to the side seams and two large patch pockets with flaps to the thighs. The patch pockets fasten with hidden buttons in the flaps. All of the buttons are green plastic. The cuffs have drawstring channels with elasticated cords. Label in the back of the inside waistband.
Australian Government Clothing Factory
Long (knee-length) red cotton shorts with all over printed pattern of green 'smiley' faces. They have a fly opening and a channel through the waistband for a white cord drawstring to be threaded through. No labels.
