It has a stand up collar, cuffs and bottom hem edge made of bands of red and blue horizontal striped knit rib. Around each sleeve, above the elbow, are inset wide bands of knit rib with three blue stripes and two red stripes. The red lettering on front and back has been appliqued with red stitching. The zip is white and has a large base metal pull tab of the Admiral logo.

The zip pull is a heavy curved and pointed silver coloured metal shape. A narrow bright yellow inset panel stripe runs down the outside of each arm, over the shoulders and across the back in a wave. It has two vertical inset zipped pockets at the waist and is lined in bright blue mesh. The woven maker's label on the back of the neck is brown with silver-coloured lettering.
