The centre chest is covered with three horizontal stripes of green, yellow and blue [each stripe is 4cm wide], which are sewn onto the Vest, instead of attaching it to fabric or weaving it in. In the centre of the stripes is an embroidered, woollen, oval patch with a blue border and three handmade red capital letter A's representing the Amateur Athletic Association. The internal label states 'use Lux for washing as directed on Lux packet. Do not boil nor use hot water.'

On the inside of the neck are written the words; 'Victory Through Harmony.'
