Double breasted jacket in a charcoal coloured, worsted wool fabric. Jacket has peak lapels, each with a button hole; a nipped in waist; and padded shoulders. There is a hidden dart under each of the lapels. Six bakelite buttons are found at the front of the jacket, with two of them used for fastening. The jacket has jetted pockets on each side of the waist with a dart leading from the chest to each pocket. A smaller coin pocket can be found inside the right pocket. There is a welted breast pocket on the left side. On the inside, there is a button on the left side, just above the waist which fastens to one of two button holes on the front of the jacket which are hidden when the jacket is closed. Originally there may have been two inner buttons which would have fastened to these button holes. Four buttons can also be found on each of the cuffs. The inside of the jacket is lined with a satin fabric, the main body in black and the sleeves in cream. '207 / V / WEL' is written twice in black ink on the lining of the right sleeve near the shoulder. There are two inner pockets; a standard breast pocket on the right side and a smaller pocket on the left side at the waist. A seam runs down the centre at the back of the jacket and there is no back vent. Admiration Clothes
