File of correspondence between PCL, Sidney Webb and ILEA regarding the transfer of furniture, equipment such as library books, and fittings during the merger between Sidney Webb College and the Polytechnic of Central London (PCL), much of which refers to the Library. Also includes some correspondence regarding staffing.
