White short sleeved football shirt with turn down collar and short button placket at the neck. It has a white shield shaped badge on the left chest embroidered in blue thread with a design of three lions and ten red and white Tudor roses. Above the badge is a white embroidered five pointed star. On the right chest is the Umbro double diamond logo embroidered in red thread over an applied '4' in red. The under arms have panels of white ribbing for movement. Across the upper back is 'GERRARD' in red applied lettering over a very large '4' in red in the centre back.

The main body and the sleeves of the shirt are black cotton knit jersey with a wide band of green cotton knit jersey across the chest and upper back. The collar is woven white cotton and it has an opening at the neck lined in wide cream twill webbing that fastens with three white buttons. The cuffs are black rib knit. Labels in the back of the neck with the addition of a woven name label in red thread on white 'David Hall'. Size 36.

Bright blue wool knitted swimsuit or trunks with white elasticated belt striped with two lines of silver-coloured thread and a silver-coloured shield-shaped buckle. The suit has a high waist and belt loops with narrow white stripes down each side seam. The leg openings are cut around the top of the thigh. There is a a sewn on shield-shaped badge to the left front near the hem with the Bukta emblem of a woman in a swimsuit riding a flying fish - this emblem is also engraved into the belt badge.
