The pocket welts, collar, front facings and cuffs are made of plain dark mustard yellow coarsely woven cotton. It fastens centre front with four silver and black metal buttons. Woven label in the back of the neck with flying fish emblem. Size 40. Shirt has a rounded hem and splits at the side seams.

Light blue top made of fine knit Celanese (rayon) jersey with zip-opening. The top has short sleeves and pointed turn down collar. The front opening at the neck has a silver coloured metal zip and the pull is inscribed with 'LIGHTENING'. It has side splits and the CC41 label is sewn into the left side seam near the bottom. It has two small holes in the front chest.

Short sleeved shirt made of pink and white check gingham cotton. It has a narrow turn down collar with slightly rounded points and which buttons down with mother of pearl shell buttons. It fastens centre front with six mother of pearl shell buttons. The shirt has a back yoke with two small pleats on each side of the shoulder and short side vents.

Short sleeved shirt with a turn down collar and three patch pockets, two at the hips and one at the left chest (part of a two piece set). The shirt is made of lightweight cotton in a check design in shades of green, red, black and yellow on an off-white background. It fastens centre front with six red buttons - the top button fastens with a loop under the collar. The button second from bottom is a replacement and does not match. The check on the pocket patches is on the diagonal. The shirt bottom is squared off at the front and back and there are short vents in the side seams. The a back shoulder yoke check is on the diagonal. Label in the back of the neck.

The design also has highlights in orange and images of small figures on boats and sailing. The shirt has a turn down collar and lapel and fastens centre front with five white opaque plastic buttons. It has a patch pocket on the left chest. It is loosely cut with a shoulder yoke at the back. Size small.
