Off white jersey knit long sleeve top with a blue zip, blue quilted panels over the shoulders and blue hood. The top has a stand collar which closes with a metal press stud and red tab at the centre front and a white zip in the back so that the hood can be folded into the collar. The centre front has a blue zipped opening to the chest. There are triangular shaped red panels on each side from the underarms to the waist, edged with blue piping. The cuffs and waistband are off white rib knit. The hood and quilted panels are in a non-woven fabric, the hood has white drawstrings. On the left chest is the embroidered Sergio Tacchini logo of a T inside an S in the shape of a circle creating the lines of a tennis ball.

Khaki green and blue fine check cotton shirt. It has a patch pocket on the left chest with a tab that is sewn across the top of the pocket and fastens with one mother of pearl button. The shirt fastens centre front with six mother of pearl buttons and also has tabs under each sleeve at the armhole which button with one mother of pearl button. The collar and stand have been cut in one (difficult technically to do) with a line of stitching at the point of the fold and has a shallow v-shaped notch at the centre back. It has side vents and the lining of the back yoke and left front edge opening is made of pale grey striped rayon. Size 4

Shirt has a pointed collar and fastens at the front via five, white, plastic buttons. A single, white, plastic button can be found at each cuff. There is a tuck at the seam of each cuff where it meets the sleeve. Hemline of shirt is higher at the front than the back. Shirt has no darts.

The shirt has a turn down collar embroidered with a design of leaves on each side and 'm c q' in gothic lettering at the centre back. It has a turn down collar and fastens centre front with seven pink plastic buttons. The collar is lined in light grey rayon patterned with an abstract floral motif. The shirt has a patch pocket on the left chest and a large light grey rayon patch printed in black with care label information and a design with two stylised figures sewn onto the outside front on the left side of the opening at the hem.
