Evelyne Rugg, nee Green, Academic Registrar (April 1998-1 Jan 2008), Director of Academic Services (1 Jan 2008-1 March 2011), Rugg took up the new post of Director of Higher Education Policy on 1 March 2011, reporting to the Vice-Chancellor. At some point her title changed to Director of Education Policy and Strategic Partnerships. Rugg jointly directed the foundation of Westminster International University Tashkent which opened in 2002 and from October 2015 she has been a Governor of the Sir Simon Milton Westminster UTC.
