Photograph showing 314-326 Regent Street. The Polytechnic are at 316 Regent Street, with signs outside for various holidays and tours being offered by the Polytechnic Touring Association. A cafe is half-seen at 314 Regent Street, and the photograph also shows the premises of the Wine Growers Association (318), Pasmore Chemist (320), The French hat Shop (322) with the Cremation Society of England in the offices above (324) along with Thibaut & Co and Fisher & Sons, and the Aerated Bread Company. On the other side of Mortimer Street (Langham Place) the premises of L Estrelle, Palmist & Teas can be seen with a faded sign for the Old Rose Tea Rooms.
