One page per individual, including full name; date of birth; date of appointment on probation; date of definitive appointment; date of leaving; education; previous teaching posts; trade experience; and salary. Salary increments are notes for the years 1921-1925 but the register includes appoints from 1909.
Staff included are: James Patrick Thornton, Sydney Herbert Welch, Leonard John Hebbes, Robert Ernest Thomas [Ridout], Dorothy Lindsey, Christopher Conrad Sell, Charles Simmons, Joseph Ernest Liberty, William Alfred Rushworth, Thomas McLush, Kathleen Jessie Gudgeon.
