Letter from Henry B Chalon, Secretary to J H Pepper, Royal Polytechnic Institution, to Thomas Draper, Hon Sec. stating that Pepper will be happy to see the School. The letter suggests that the entrance money paid previously was half the usual price, 6d, but asks Draper to confirm if this was the case.
