Subsequent to the receipt of the CD, a folder of documents was transferred from Wales to Companies House in London. This folder was viewed by the archivist on 13 May 2011 and photocopies were made of various documents.

Electronic copies of documents filed with Companies House, including Articles of Association and Annual Returns. The documents pertain to the Polytechnic Touring Association and its later incarnations, as Poly Travel Ltd. and as Portland Camping Ltd. Additional photocopies of documents viewed at Companies House.

Status: Open. Access is subject to signing the Regulations for Access form, unless the records are restricted under the Data Protection Act 2018 or under exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000
