1. John Cooper of the Birchfield Harriers receives the Kinnaird Trophy from Ernest Clynes at Chiswick on the 15th June 1968. The Polytechnic Magazine covered the event in thier July 1968 edition, on pages 259 and 260. John Maylor took the photograph.
2. Ron Tutin on the way to victory in the 1963 Kinnaird 880 yards race. Paul Clifton of the Polytechnic Harriers can be seen wearing shirt number 217, he finished third with a time of 1 minute, 55.2 seconds.
