Members: Chairman of the court (ex officio), Vice Chairman of the Court (ex-officio), 2 lay members nominated from and by the Court, 2 members nominated by the Chairman after appropriate consultation, Rector, President of SU

Purpose: to initate and propound ideas and proposals in the interests of the PCL as a whole; to determine opportunities for longer term development initially within the concepts of the Contained Growth Strategy; to propose the longer term use of physical resources including accommodation; to present cases to Court for the acquisition of appropriate properties for accommodation purposes as well as other aspects of resourcing.
