            Bespoke tailored wool jacket (part of a two piece suit) with large single breasted lapels. The lapels are wide and curve in towards the button closure. The collar has a notched point with a single button hole on the left side.

            The centre front closes with a single button with hand stitched button hole. The jacket overall shape is slim, narrow at the shoulders and fitted on the waist. The back of the jacket has a yoke seam and a seam at the waist, both finished with a hand pick stitch. The section between is formed of three vertical pleats, a variation of an American sport jacket. Below the waist seam, the back seam becomes a double vent, secured at the top with a row of hand stitching.

            The front body of the jacket has a patch pocket with rounded corners and a box pleat. The edges of the pocket are all hand pick stitched. The sleeve has a single functioning button. All edges are secured with hand stitching. With original hanger 2019.63.16. Designed and made in England.

            Long, dark blue, double breasted coat with volume at centre front. The volume falls from under the peak lapel, and is pleated at the first set of buttons, secured to the centre front facing with one line of stitching on top, and one underneath the pleat. The shape of the pleat is held in place by the stitching of the lower button hole and button that is stitched through to the narrower facing.

            The coat body has one long dart through the double jet pocket, and the front side seam becomes a dart which finishes at the same point below the pocket. The coat fastens with a leather basket weave button, painted black (showing wear). The coat body is unstructured, with a small shoulder pad at the end of the shoulder seam. Button holes are bound leather. Three buttons on sleeve cuff. Made in Japan.

            Long black elongated bomber jacket coat. The front closes with a chunky brass coloured metal zip, angled and to the right side. The left front side has a seam which mimics the angle of the zip. The top body has a pocket with a flap on each side, closed with a gloss black press stud. The lower body has a welt pocket, also with a press stud.

            The waist of the coat has a chunky belt in matching fabric, with a black leather buckle. The left sleeve has a pocket on the sleeve with four pen slots and a zip on the inside edge. The cuffs and hem of the coat are a black rib. The coat has a large roll collar in a black faux fur. The jacket is lined in red, with a Junior Gaultier Joker embroidery at the centre back. Made in Italy.

            Shown as part of Yip’s graduate collection from the BA Fashion Design course at the University of Westminster, this red wool military greatcoat draws references to military detail and decoration. The righthand side is covered in red and black rosettes reminiscent of military crosses and fastened using metal poppers, while the moire ribbon is from Toye, Kenning and Spencer, who supply regalia and insignia to the military and the Royal Family. The modular emblems are fastened using an eyelet-snap hybrid trim, which means they are interchangeable throughout all garments of the collection. It features moire ribbon epaulettes at the shoulders that attached with the same eyelet-snap trim used throughout. The back has a centre back seam at the waist with a flared skirt and features a wide moire ribbon band detachable with the eyelet-snaps. Made in the UK. Yip, Nicholas

            Shown as part of Yip’s graduate collection from the BA Fashion Design course at the University of Westminster, this khaki green greatcoat draws references from military detail and decoration. It features wide black grosgrain ribbons stitched with contrast khaki top stitch decoratively into folded points across the centre front of the coat and left loose to varying heights with the longest falling beyond the coat hem. There is a more narrow green grosgrain ribbon draped to imitate military decoration across the left chest. It has two wide slanted welt pockets and is fully lined in black acetate. It features the same black grosgrain ribbon as shoulder epaulettes with ribbon extended down the arm and finished with a military emblem. It has a concealed centre front and fastens with the same hybrid silver eyelet-snap trim used throughout the collection. It has a wide collar and an additional neck tab that also fastens with an eyelet-snap. The back of the coat features a cross shaped design made up of two rows of the black grosgrain ribbon stitched to the coat with khaki and black rosettes reminiscent of military crosses and fastened using metal poppers, attached to the full length and width of the cross design.             Black lightly padded down-filled jacket with curved raglan sleeve seam. The body has a folded flap which conceals two zipped pockets, one opening downwards, the other upwards. The flap is secured to the front with a short line of top stitching just below the lower zip. The centre front closes with a black plastic zip, covered with a flap secured with four separate lengths of velcro. The zip continues up to the top of the hood front. The lining is quilted in a squared stitch pattern.

            There is a strap on the inside from the waist to the shoulder, secured with a press stud, which allows the coat to be transformed into a backpack. To transform, the strap is undone and brought to the outside, then fastened around the hem. The centre front is zipped, arms turned inside the jacket. Made in Italy.

            Short purple coat with down feather interlining, pink lining and hood (production sample including re-used linings from left-over fabric from previous seasons). The parka has ultrasonic welded seams. It closes centre front with a zip and a double flap wind protection covering which closes with magnetic fastenings. At the neck of the hood are two purple '7L' press stud fastenings and there is one at the bottom hem. Each side has two waterproof zipped pockets, one horizontal, one vertical. The end of all zips have a matt garage to ensure waterproof quality. There is also an invisible zipped pocket above the vertical pocket.

            The hood has a stiff peak insert, and two stoppered elastic draw cords. There is another draw cord around the waist, which feeds down a channel sewn into the centre front facing. There is a channel pocket across the back, which closes with a zip on each end. The inside lining has a removable elasticated waist snow skirt which fastens at the front with four snap fasteners. There are inside zipped pockets on each side and a headphone hole on the left. The sleeve cuffs have a cotton elastane grey inner layer mitten with thumb hole.

            Black PVC inflatable jacket with a stand collar and hood. Across the back is printed in white lettering: 'MICHIKO LONDON / KOSHINO / DO NOT CLOSE TO FIRE / DO NOT SWIM / YOU CAN WEAR IN THE RAIN'. The collar has a zip at the back that the hood folds into. It fastens centre front with five metal press studs and has a draw cord around the bottom hem. There are two large patch pockets with flaps at the waist and it has clear plastic nozzles on the arms and sides to be blown into to inflate the jacket. There are five wide horizontal inflatable channels across the back, two across each arm, four across the chest and two large inflatable panels under the pockets. Welded or sealed seams.

            Small black drawstring bag for storage printed in white lettering on one side: 'MICHIKOLONDON / KOSHINO / DO NOT CLOSE TO FIRE / DO NOT SWIM / YOU CAN WEAR IN THE RAIN'.

            Single breasted fine wool Prince of Wales check jacket with horizontal mesh insert stripe around the chest, upper arms and back. The check is in fine black and white creating the effect of grey. The jacket fastens centre front with two black plastic buttons. The mesh insert panel is sheer and is slightly curved across the lapels so that the line is horizontal when they are folded back.
