Black nylon jacket with overlapping panel details. It is made with a high tenacity (neoballistic) fibre used in bomb blankets, and is water proof, fire retardant and knife proof. The jacket body is separated into panels, joined with a stretch fabric, causing the panels to overlap sligtly, and the jacket to shift and move when worn. This gives the jacket an armourous feel. There is a panel section on each side of the front which encorporates a small zipped pocket. The sleeves are seperated in two, with the end of the top section extending longer than the rest of the paneling edges, making a large overlap.The back of the jacket paneling runs down from the collar,then at a right angle to the shoulder seam following the shape of the shoulder blade, then at a right angle to the hem. The jacket is consructed with usual side and underarm seams. The lower half is one larger section with a heat-bonded pocket in the centre. Each sleeve is separated into three sections on front and back, inflating at the shoulder. The collar has a zip around, enclosing a one-piece hood. The back is one large piece, divided with nine lines, inflating on the right shoulder.
