A blueprint of a construction drawing, titled "Development and Welfare in the West Indies". Printed in white ink on blue paper. The print is a reinforced concrete construction detail of a section of a classroom drawn by Gordon Cullen at a scale of 3/4" = 1'0". There are dimensions in inches across the drawings with annotations of materials. Some labels included are "B.R.C. fabric as alternative", "copper seal enclosed in mastic" and " Four 1/2 inch rods". No people are included.
