Report of a study group appointed by the Building Advisory Committee of the Regional Advisory Council to consider a proposal to establish a College of Advanced Building Technology in central London, 1957. Annotated in corner 'T.E. Burlin'. 24 pages.

Known as the Woodbine Parish report, this was the basis for establishing Marylebone Campus.
