Military jacket with a turn down, fur collar. The jacket is front fastening via brown buttons, only the top button is visible, with the rest concealed under a storm flap. This garment includes two shoulder straps [or epaulettes] and six patch pockets with flaps; two at the chest, two at the waist and one on each arm. A drawstring is at the waist. Cape in a light brown / dark cream, waterproof, nylon fabric. Cape has a pointed collar and fastens at the front via five poppers. Angled slits sit at each side of the front which enable arms to be threaded through. These are concealed by flaps to maintain the cape's waterproof nature and are fastened closed by poppers. British Military Household Division Greatcoat 1970s

Grey wool full-length coat, single-breasted, fitted on the body, with five silver buttons fastening down the front. It has an attached half-belt at the back, an open double pleated skirt, and a collar which can be pulled up, two hip pockets, and turned back cuffs. Sergeant stripes to the right lower arm.
