Two strips. The first is Zhu Boru (朱伯儒) an airforce member and CCP member from Wuhan. He recieved numerous awards and citations and was called one of the 'Lei Fengs of the 1980s' and made into a model for emulation. The second is another 'Lei Feng of the 1980s', Zhang Haidi. She became a paraplegic at the age of five following four operations for the removal of tumors in her spine. She never attended school, but through diligent self-study became highly educated.
