Black garbardine tailored jacket, printed with white boot prints cross chest. Three buttoned, notch lapel with straight jetted pocket flaps and slanted outer breat welt. Front body is darted from the chest to the hem of the jacket. Brown horn, four holed buttons are used and set in fisheye button hole. Jacket is constructed with two piece sleeve with 3 buttoned cuff. Jacket back has a centre back seam and no vents. There are two darts opposite the centre back with extend from the cross back to the hem. Jacket is fully lined with one jetted poacket on the side of each lapel. the right hand inside jetted pocket has triangle looped closure. Coat tag on centre back of collar stand. Waistcoat made from black gabardine wool fabric, fastening at the front with five plastic buttons. It features a flap pocket at waist level on either side of the front opening. Light blue elasticated trouser with ribbed Y-front underwear stitched into the waist and seat of the trouser front and back. Light green curved piping is stitched into the trouser legs following an ergonomically curved pattern with one flapped bellow pocket on the thigh of the right trouser leg which has been fastened with one plain silver snap fastening. There are no pockets at the waistband which is also elasticated, also circular cutouts have been designed into the back of the lower trouser and hemmed with jersey ribbing. The trousers have been overlocked on the inside with grey machine thread. the trouser hem is tapered with blue elasticated ribbing leaving the hem upturned and stitched into it. Meadham Kirchhoff

The jacket has a wide circular collar which drops low at the front, stiffened around the edge with wire. The front of the collar closes with a velcro tab, which lifts the front of the collar upwards, and the wire keeps the back folded down. There is a pull chord which runs around the neck. The centre front closes with a zip and is covered with a facing. Each side has two zip pockets, one placed slanted into the body. There is a velcro tab on the waistband which can fasten both forward and backward which sits above a double ended zip that runs around the waistband. The top sleeve is in four sections, with top stitching details in one section, and a zip closed vent on the back of the sleeve. On the inside of the jacket there are two grey cotton webbing straps sewn into each side of the back of the neck hanging down the back and one button in the centre back of the lining. There is a length of the same grey webbing sewn horizontally across the centre back lining with one button sewn at each end. There is an additional length of grey webbing with a button at one end and two button holes down its length that is not attached to the jacket. Helmut Lang
