Dark blue and red acrylic knit jersey tracksuit top. The main body of the top is dark blue with a red turn down collar, red cuffs and red wide band around the bottom hem. It fastens centre front with a red zip. It has raglan sleeves and on the left chest is an applied white embroidered laurel wreath emblem - the Fred Perry logo. White and blue label in the back of the neck.

Small white rectangular cardboard box with lid for boys Fred Perry tracksuit. The box lid has the Fred Perry logo and and name printed across it in dark blue. One short end of the lid has: FRED PERRY SPORTSWEAR / Style H348 / Colour Navy/Red / Size 28/30. Pair of gaiters - leg protection - made of XTP 1000 polyester fabric in camouflage DPM design. The pattern is in brown, green and dark cream colours. They fasten down the front with a zip and storm flap which closes with Velcro. There are metal press studs at the top of the zip and a tab at the bottom with three press studs which can be fastened over the laces of boots. They have adjustable draw cords around the bottom opening, an elasticated calf band and webbing straps that fasten with plastic buckles to go under the foot. Highlander

Pair of long cotton tailored shorts with a double waist, creating the effect of the top part of a pair of underwear above the waistband of the shorts. The main shorts are made of finely striped cotton in grey and beige. They close centre front with a Lampo zip fly and metal hook and bar on the waistband. The waistband has five belt loops and there is a jetted pocket at the back right which fastens with a button. There are two small pleats at the front and the legs of the shorts have wide turn ups. Sewn into the inside waistband is the second waistband made of cream finely striped cotton which fastens with one cream plastic button. It has two pleats at the front, the waistband has an embroidered motif of an anchor overlaid with the McQueen 'Q' on the left side and an elasticated back. Size 48.

Black stiff nylon shorts. The close centre front with a zip fly and have a tab at the waistband that fastens with a black plastic button and a metal clip. They have angled pockets at the front hips and a back patch pocket on the right side with a flap that fastens with a black plastic button. Garment and care label in the back of the waistband. Original garment tag attached with cotton string (in Object File).

GPO Jacket with Collar Embroidery

Blue cotton twill General Post Office uniform jacket with red 'GPO' lettering embroidered on each collar. The jacket fastens centre front with five black plastic 'bullseye' removable buttons with wide stitched facings and has two large patch pockets at hip level on the front. It has two lengths of fabric stitched into the inside (seams visible from the outside) at a downward angle from each side of the front opening to the pockets - probably as strengthening for the pockets.

The red lettering has been embroidered onto similar blue cotton as the main jacket and then the patches machine sewn onto the collar points. On the left chest are two stitched eyelet holes (for a badge). It has a hanging loop in the back of the neck. Run and fell double stitched seams, no back centre seam or vents. No labels - there are remnants of stitching on the inside where the labels would have been sewn.
