Minutes of meeting held on 5 March 1838 at Cavendish Square, attended by Sir George Cayley, Mr Gordon, Col. Alexander, Mr Baxter and W Payne. Communication from Mr Nurse regarding the disposal of shares in the company - it was agreed that the Committee should be allowed until 14 April to dispose of the shares.
