Scrapbook containing press cuttings relating to the cycling career of E J Winn. Note at front states 'Promoter of Norwood Paragon CC'. The scrapbook includes a cutting with photograph of Miss E V Hamilton, the first woman professional cyclist to go round the Herne Hill Track for forty years.
Inserted into an envelope in the book is a loose photographgraphic postcard of Leon Vanderstuyft, World Champion 1922. The photograph is signed 'To my friend Teddy Winn, Vanderstuyft, Champion du monde de l'heure, 125km 815.
