Responsible for: PCL Policy in respect of Information/Publicity/Public Relations and making recommendations to the Academic Council via the Standing Committee on all matters relating to information/publicity and public relations; annual budget proposals and implementation; regular review of contractual agreements with outside agencies and individuals and making recommendations for the extension or discontinuance of such contracts; powers to co-opt.

Members: Pro-Rector (Chair of Standing Committee), 4 members of the Standing Committee with interests or expertise in Information/Publicity/Public Relations, the Secretary, the Academic Registrar, the Head of PCL Information Unit (Senior Administrative Officer), a lay member of the Court of Governors, Publications Officer of the Students' Union
