British military issue Typhoon Gore-Tex immersion dry suit created for the Royal Marines SBS (Special Boat Service) and SAS (Special Air Service). It features a layer of flame-retardant Nomex over a Gore-Tex membrane. The neck and cuffs are made of black neoprene with seams sealed in rubber. The suit has Kevlar reinforced elbows, knees and seat. The neck has a black zip for attachment of a hood (not included). The suit has socks with Kevlar reinforced toes attached to the legs to be allow waterproof feet when worn with boots. It has two waterproof heavy duty BDM zips with large neoprene pullers – fully sealing industrial zips made especially for diving suits and sealed storage systems. Entry into the dry suit is via the main zip which is diagonal positioned running across the chest of the body from behind the right shoulder down to the left side of the waist. The second zip is horizontal functions as a fly across the front of the suit. Both zips have Velcro flap closures. It has a pocket on each thigh and upper arm with Velcro patches. It has Velcro adjustable straps at the cuffs. It has a black polyester webbing belt with black plastic clasp at the waist to fit the dry suit. It also has an internal removable leg and waist straps.
