Photocopy of Proof of Probate dated 16 Sep 1950; Will dated 20 March 1947.
Executors are wife Mildred, Lady Hailsham, son Quintin McGarel Hogg, son William Neil McGarel Hogg, friend Walter Bernard Louis Barrington and Quintin Vincent Hoare.

Under the terms of his Marriage Settlement all shares/securities registered in his name or Stuart Hogg are to be held in trust for his sons Quintin and Neil in equal shares, as are all shares, securities and interest in the company Forbes, Forbes, Campbell and Co. Ltd.
Legacy of £20,000 to his wife
Each of his Trustees is given £250.
Each servant is to receive a sum at the discretion of his wife, for those employed for 5 years this will not exceed six month's wages and an extra six months for those employed for 10 years.

Son Quintin Hogg, brother Sir Malcolm Hogg and sister Elsie Florence Hoare are created Special Trustees. They are given £5000 to invest for such purposes of a charitable nature in connection with a. the Polytechnic Institution, No. 309 Regent Street or b. any of the athletic or other clubs or societies formed in connection therewith.

Sister Elsie Florence Hoare, brother Sir Malcolm Hogg, Sister Ethel Mary Wood and wife's sister Mrs Charles Petrie receive £250
Wife's brother, Major Jack Dew receives £100.

Benchers of Lincoln's Inn receive £200 to purchase a piece of silver plate as a gift to Lincoln's Inn.

Freehold house Carters Corner Place in Hailsham to go to Quintin, or whoever succeeds to the title, but wife to have use for rest of her life.
12 Bryanston Mews East, London to be given to his wife.
All wines in all properties to be given to his wife, along with all pigs, poultry, dairy cows and crops.
The chattels of Bryanston Square are for the use of his wife during her life time, then Quintin can select a third, Neil a third and the remaining third passing to Quintin. All chattels at Carters Corner Place are to be held in trust for Quintin. All chattels at 3 Wythburn Court, Seymour Place, London are to be given to his wife.
Any residuary estate is to divided into three equal parts - to Quintin, Neil and his wife. At his wife's death, her part will be divided equally between his two sons.
