Original manuscript copy of Certified Copy of an Entry of Death for Quintin Hogg, male aged 57 years. The certificate states that Hogg died on 17 January 1903 in a bath at the Polytechnic, 309 Regent Street. Cause of death was Asphyxia from carbonic acid poisoning by inhaling noxious fumes in room with a gas stove and geyser, the room being insufficiently ventilated. Misadventure. P.M.
