Photocopy of Proof of Probate dated 21 Feb 1903; Will dated 20 Oct 1899, with codicil dated 30 Jan 1900.
Executors are wife Alice Anna Hogg and friend, Leonard Henry Harris of 37 Alma Square.
Hogg gives and bequeaths to Leonard Harris absolutely all letters and papers in his possession other than deeds or documents relating to the title of any property.
All of Hogg's estate is bequeathed to his wife in fee simple.
The codicil adds that under the terms of his Marriage Settlement he has the sum of £10,000 which his wife is to enjoy as an income for her life. At her death, the capital is to be divided according to the trusts (unspecified) but if she dies intestate, the sum will be divided into two equal parts, one to be divided equally between his two daughter, the other half to be divided equally between his three sons.
