Circular letter detailing the General Committee which has been established to raise funds for a lasting memorial to Quintin Hogg. The Committee has asked Mr George Frampton, RA, to submit designs, including a life-like representation of Mr Hogg. The monument is anticipated to cost £2,500 and a 50,000 Shilling Fund has been established to enable as many as possible to contribute to the appeal.
