Booklet produced by the Middlesex County Council Education Committee.Includes list of staff and Board of Governors, term dates and fees and detailed syllabuses for day and evening courses including Pre-Nursing, Hairdressing, Home Economics including Demonstrating, Domestic Cookery, Dress and Needlecraft, Ladies Tailoring, Millinery, Embroidery, Home Furnishing, Floral Arrangement. There is also a list of special short courses including Home Dressmaking, Cake Icing and Decoarting, the Choice and use of Wines, Christmas Catering, Cake and Pastry making, Cooking meat, Poultry and Fish, Continental Pastries and gateux. The prospectus includes some photographs of students.
