Established c1984 under the auspices of the Estates and Accommodation Group. It was initially to examine possible short-term accommodation measures at Regent Street with a view to freeing 10-12 rooms for additional teaching space by Sept 1984.

Terms of Reference: to propose and review policies for the use of accommodation, buildings and sites to agree methods of implementation and to monitor operation of such policies; to advise Long-Term Strategy Group of the Court of Governors via the Resources Committee on acquisition and disposal of buildings; determine most appropriate use of each building site; advise on building adaptations and alterations needed to achieve PCLs objectives; analyse expenditure on the maintenance of buildings and assess future requirements; make arrangements for the timetabling of general teaching accommodation throughout the PCL and to review and monitor effectiveness of such arrangements; to establish such specialised accommodation working parties as deemed necessary.
