A print of a drawing of a metropolitan area, titled "New Metropolitan Area New Delhi, India". Printed in black and white on photographic paper. The drawing is of "The new metropolitan character proposed for the area of the Secretariats and Parliament in New Delhi", the circular pillared parliament building is visible to the left of the image, the tall monument in front of it and a generic tall building to back of the image. People and cars occupy the spaces between the buildings. The title is visible on the reverse side of the image, along with dimensions and date stamps.
