A sketch and print of a plan, titled "Proposed New Precinct". Sketched in black and blue ink, blue pencil and orange felt tip pen on trace paper and off white paper, printed in black ink on trace paper. The plan has four layers of paper on top of each other. The first layer is the base sketch of the plan in black ink and blue pencil, the second layer is the hatching in orange felt tip pen, the third layer is printed labels of different buildings and the fourth layer is a frame for the image with a dimension on it. No people are included.
