A 16 page printed document, titled "House Building", commissioned by the Office of The Adviser on Town Planning and Housing Development and Welfare in the West Indies [Caribbean]. Printed in white ink on blue paper. The print is a step by step illustrated document showing the detailed building of a stone house, the document starts off with elevations, plans and sections and stating that construction material, building direction, foundation, design and drainage will need to be adapted to each individual site. It then goes into detail with steps 1 to 14 from pegging out the site for construction to detailed interior construction drawings of a kitchen. People are included.
