The coat can be lengthened by undoing the bottom section of the lining which is attached inside the coat with velcro. Designed to be used with a SONY ICD-30 digital note-maker that could be contained within a special nylon mesh pocket on the left sleeve. This device was very advanced for its time and could contain over 16 minutes of voice recording across 99 messages on 2 independent files.
