Black knitted synthetic face mask with half of the right front side printed in silver grey reflective material with a pattern of diamonds. The other side has 'SOCIAL DISTANCING TOGETHER' printed in white. The reverse has a second layer with openings at each end so a filter can be inserted in black jersey with 'ISHU' printed in white lettering on the right side. The mask is trimmed with black jersey ribbing which also creates the ear loops.

The pouch bag is made of fine black synthetic jersey and has a long loop handle. One side has a design of a circle made of repeated diamonds with 'ISHU' in the centre in white, the reverse has a label sewn on with 'ISHU' and 'SOCIAL DISTANCING TOGETHER' printed on it.
