说明版块
说明
The mask is made of NHS grade densely woven 100% cotton Supima blend, with a hydrophobic and sanforised finish. Designed in partnership with NHS Tayside and Dundee University, these Second Generation lip-reading products have been developed via feedback from live trials with many organisations and groups supporting the deaf/lip-reading community and children with early language therapy requirements.

An early innovation was masks with a transparent panel, so they could be worn to facilitate lip-reading. The common assumption is that they are worn by people who are hearing impaired. However, the opposite is true, those who are deaf need everyone else to wear this type of mask.
