Double layer face mask made of shirting cotton striped in white, yellow and orange. The mask is made of an oblong of fabric that has been pleated with two inverted pleats at each short end. The short ends of the mask have been turned over to create a channel for the ear loops. Each ear loop has an attached long head tie fastened with a turn over loop made of the same shirting as the mask. Label on the inside bottom edge.
