Scope and content

Hooded parka with three wooden toggle buttons secured with cord through eyelets with bartack. It has a front zip fastening and waisted internal drawstring. The hood is lined with self fabric, shaped with a topstitched dart and has eight black 'BNV' poppers at the brim, secured through a green cotton facing. The coat has an inner collar and panels that have been top stitched down across the shoulder and back to reinforce it (similar to donkey jacket detailing). The two front patch pockets are strengthened with tape at the openings and lined with a brushed drill. The sleeves are constructed from one piece and feature adjustable tabs at the cuffs secured with two black 'Navy Arctic' buttons. The green lining is comprised of the top half in a green wool blend and the bottom half in quilted nylon. There are two vent hole under each armhole. The right pocket front edge is sewn to the front body, however the bottom and back edge are sewn through the body and back lining indicating a repair, manufacturer fault or sample garment.
