Ralph Lauren single breasted denim blazer with two button front fastening. Gold coloured metal embossed buttons, off-white piped edge to jacket revere. Two large patch pockets to lower front, with pocket flaps also edged with off-white piping. Jetted breast pocket. Jacket body unlined, with white cotton sleeve lining. Four gold metal embossed buttons on each cuff. Single vent opening to centre back. Polo by Ralph Lauren label at centre back, internal breast pocket with additional label:
