Bright mid-blue short raincoat made of ridged PVC, with dark blue narrow corduroy turn down collar, cuff linings and pocket flap linings. It fastens centre front with five black press studs, the cuffs fasten with two of the same press studs. There are two patch pockets with pointed flaps to the chest. The flaps fasten with press studs. There are two large patch pockets to the waist with side openings. Unlined.
