Semi-transparent white cape with a hood, made from white nylon mesh bonded with a rubberised 'Crystal Wind' coating. The cape fastens at the centre front with six press studs and features two vertical welted zipped openings on the front chest. On the lower left side, the text '000 C.P.' is heat-pressed in silver reflective vertical lettering.

The cape is transformable into a tent with the addition of narrow aluminium rods that are threaded through channels around the bottom hem and along four sides, forming a domed structure. The hood unzips and flattens to create the top of the tent. An additional square of the same material, with metal eyelets at each corner and a cross shape of white webbing, is included. The piece is accompanied by a storage bag made from the same 'Crystal Wind' fabric, though the bag is in poor condition.

Blue 'England' reversible jacket with red, white and black striped trim ribbed standard collar. The cuffs and hem are also ribbed knit with striped trims. A diamond-shaped metal zip in the middle of the jacket. Black white and red Umbro diamonds logo sewn on the right chest and hand stitching England F.A. three lions badge patch on the left. Two side pockets with a metal zip at the waist. White words 'ENGLAND' letter patches are appliqued 2on the back in Zig-Zag stitching. One MOD logo, Paul Smith brand signature Logo and 'Sport' embroidered on the left arm.

On the other side is a dark blue jacket with a red narrow trim stander collar. Ribbed knit cuffs and hem. One MOD logo, Paul Smith brand signature Logo and 'Sport' are embroidered on the right chest. Red and white Umbro diamonds logo appliqued on the left chest. Two side pockets at the waist and one red Umbro tags are sewn to the outside of the right waist pocket. Umbro International and Paul Smith Sport label sewn on the back.
