The collar closes at the front neck with a black button and loop [loop broken]. UMBRO's white flocked double diamond logo on the front right chest. MIDLAND REPEOGRAPHICS COPIERS & FAXES is written in printed white lettering in the centre of the front of the shirt. On the reverse, a large black number 16. is printed in the centre of the back with a border line outside the number 16. A white UMBRO label with blue lettering is on the right armpit.
