The rubber waist adjuster tabs are embossed with 'STONE ISLAND' and button with two small stainless steel metal buttons on each side of the waist. The trousers fasten centre front with two stainless steel metal buttons at the waistband and a button fly. The waistband has five belt loops. They have two vertical inset pockets at the hips and one jetted pocket on the rear right which fastens with a stainless steel button. All of the metal buttons are embossed with 'STONE ISLAND'. They have a wide waistband with two braces buttons on each side and a yoke effect at the back, with a V-notch in the centre back and two braces buttons.
