            High neck, gold lamè long sleeved shirt with turn over collar and double cuffs. The shirt fastens at the back of the neck with an Aero nylon zip closure to half way down the centre back. It has long sleeve vents and double cuffs with four button holes to be fastened with cufflinks. Sportive Male by Paul

            Tunic top in a black wool fabric with a mandarin style collar. Although relatively lightweight for wool, the top could be worn as a jacket. Top has an asymmetrical fastening. The left side of the tunic has six fabric loops, through which the six, black, domed, plastic buttons on the right side can be fastened. Buttons run from shoulder level to the hem. The bottom five buttons sit approximately 5.5cm from the side seam. The top button is on the chest of the tunic, approximately half way between the shoulder seam and collar. The left side of the tunic curves between the top and second buttons, so that there is a cut out section at the right armpit. A seam runs the length of the back of the top. There is no back vent. The cuffs are plain with no buttons. The inside of the tunic is unlined. Yves Saint Laurent

            Orange workwear jacket with tailored collar and lapel. There is a large patch pocket on the left chest with curved lower edge, and on both sides a large patch pocket on the lower body. The centre front has three black pinhead shank buttons with back stabiliser ring and washer. This style of button is to allow removal for garment cleaning. There is twin needle top stitching on pocket edging, sleeve seam, shoulder seam, centre back and side seam. The lapel and collar have a single line of stitching set in from the edge. The hem is double turned with single topstitching. the sleeve cuff is finished with a wide facing and single edge top stitching. The garment has a low make quality, with loose threads across the garment and unravelling stitching. The top stitching on each pocket runs off the top onto the garment. Berchard Limited

            Dark blue workwear donkey jacket with black PVC back. The PVC covers the entire back of the jacket and comes forward into a yoke on the front body. The collar has red embroidery letters, RBK & C. on both front sides. The jacket fastens with four large black plastic buttons. The jacket has a square patch pocket on each side with twin needle top stitching. Patch pockets are reinforced on inside of jacket with a length of wide cotton tape, stitched in a rectangle behind top of pocket.             Black wool duffle coat with neon/flourescent orange shoulder panels and cuffs made of coated cotton. There is a square black wool badge printed in white with the ICI circular logo stitched onto left chest. It fastens with three wooden toggles and navy cord at the centre front. The orange panels run over the shoulders to the cover the back yoke and are top stitched with black thread. The coat is not finished to a high standard - the inside seams are left raw at the neck.             Dark navy blue wool duffle coat which fastens with four wooden toggles and loops. 'GPO' is stitched in red machine embroidery onto dark navy wool patches which are sewn onto each collar front. The toggles are attached with cream cotton cord cords down the right side of the front of the coat. The loops are made of the same cream cotton cord. It has two large patch pockets to lower front. Adjustable strap with button fastening to lower sleeve. Unlined. Size 3.

            Tan cotton drill workwear dust coat for the General Post Office. Fastens with four black plastic buttons embossed with 'GPO' and a crown. On the left chest there is a rectangular narrow pen pocket with two eyelet holes above.

            All in one bodysuit in a dark blue, nylon fabric. Suit is front fastening via a concealed zip down to the waist and five poppers. Collar of suit is lined with a fleece fabric and can either be worn turned down or turned up and fastened with a button closed strap for added warmth. There are four, large, patch pockets at the front of the suit; two at the chest and two just below the waist. These flaps velcro closed. There are zips down the side of each leg. The suit has long sleeves with a ribbed cuff. The waist of the suit is slightly elasticated at the back and there is a half belt that can be worn either to the front or back. Straps are found at the cuff of each leg which can be hooked around the foot for added security. Unknown

            Cream silk dress shirt with two detachable stiffened collars. The shirt has fold up cuffs for cufflinks and five centre front buttons. The top button is fastened with a stud which also attaches the collar stand to the shirt. There is another hole in the back neck to secure the collar to the shirt.

            White silk long sleeved shirt with braid trim and stand collar. The silk has slubs and a matt surface on one side and a satin finish on the underside. The shirt fastens at the neck with a press stud (one side missing) and buttons down the centre front with five plastic buttons hidden by a placket. The braid trim is made of loops of different types of apricot coloured and gold threads and is sewn around the collar, cuffs and down the centre front. It has a vent in the centre back and gussets in the sleeves near the cuffs to create a wider opening.
